What area of the game are you playing in? That info would very much help.
Since you've already put so much effort into your character, I assume you don't want to completely change your profession to ranger to do your build. I play a N/R all the time and don't have any energy problems, even with a couple 15-25 cost spells on my skill bar. Energizing Wind and Ferocious Strike are wonderful skills for energy and compliment necro skills nicely. Having a pet is also good because he/she can tank for you while you cast spells and do your shouts.
I'd switch some of those beast skills to necro skills. If you are going with curses, I'd take out enfeeble and swap in Spiteful Spirit or suffering. That's the minimal amount of switching I'd do if you want to maintain this build. Also take some points out of wilderness survival and put it in curses. You may want a powerful AoE to help your pet. You won't need to heal and defend as much because creatures will die faster. For more switching, here are some suggestions:
I like using enfeeble too, I'd replace brutal strike or call of haste with it. I also like disrupting lunge better than some of your other pet skills. Also, you'll have swap out Ferocious Strike if you decide to use another elite.
I play a N/R, but I like a completely different build when I have a pet. This is what I'm currently experimenting with. I'm always trying new builds for different areas. I could solo Gypsy Ettins easily with this build. They were dropping so fast.
Charm Animal
Comfort Animal
Feral Lunge (to prep for virulence)
or
Rotting Flesh (to prep for virulence)
Virulence (elite)
Bone Horrors
Verata's Sacrifice
Troll Unguent.
Here's another build I like:
Beasty Skills
Charm Animal
Comfort Animal
Disrupting Lunge or Feral Lunge
Energizing Wind or Ferocious Strike for Energy
If I go Death I add
Bone Fiends
Bone Horrors
Verata's Sacrifice
Blood of the Master or Healing Spring
(winnowing is also good when you're doing more melee damage than your opponent)
for Curses
Spiteful Spirit
Any three from the following:
Suffering
Enfeeble
Troll Unguent, Cap Sig, Rez
If I have a pet, I try to have at least 10 in beast mastery and max out one of the necro lines, the rest goes into soul reaping
Without a pet, I max out a necro line and put 5-7 points in beast mastery for energizing wind and the rest in wilderness survival for troll unguent.
